| We are pleased to offer these two sites where you can actually buy your own piece of riverside land. They are selling fast. We have spent the last forty years looking for such sites in the south of England and in all that time have only found six. Three of them were all sold years ago and have increased in value many times over. One was recently completely sold out and the price nearly doubled in about two years. The two listed to the right are the only ones we expect to be able to offer for many years into the future, if ever. This is also because most of the useable water frontage is being held by developers and the authorities plan to accommodate new moorings in offline marinas, rather like car parks. We very much prefer a picturesque rural environment, but one with good access and all facilities near by. |
